Good quality for price, shipping could be faster
I ordered a men's knitwear sweater and a pair of trousers. The sweater's quality surprised me; it was softer than I thought it would be for the price. The trousers fit well too. It took about 9 days to arrive in Chicago, which felt a bit long for a fast-fashion brand, but it did get here. The dress itself is pretty good for the price point, fits true to size. I had a question about washing instructions because the tag was a little vague, so I emailed customer support. It took them almost 3 days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. The quality seems okay, not super high-end but what I expected. Usability is fine, no strange buttons or zippers.
